Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The User resource accepts the following input properties:
- AuthenticationType string
- Authentication type for the user. You must specify USERPOOL. Valid values: API,SAML,USERPOOL
- UserName string
- Email address of the user. - The following arguments are optional: 
- Enabled bool
- Whether the user in the user pool is enabled.
- FirstName string
- First name, or given name, of the user.
- LastName string
- Last name, or surname, of the user.
- SendEmail boolNotification 
- Send an email notification.
